90% of the mods in minecraft require risugami's mod loader. A mod loader basically stops conflicts between mods. example : mod A has a file called ".class" file B also has a file called ".class" the mod loader will stop them overwriting each other, in other words, it makes two mods using the same file work simultaneously.

Introduction
Hi all, I am dogshoppet, I made this site for the purpose of minecraft mods. sure you can go to basically any minecraft modding site, but there are so many different mods on each site, and a lot of them are quite crappy anyway. On this site i basically post the best mods I can find each week. If this site is a success and becomes fairly popular, I will eventually post more platforms besides minecraft (counter-strike, COD 4, etc.).
